The motherhood - தாய்மை

கருவுற்ற கணம் முதல்
கண்ணை இமை காப்பதுபோல்
கருத்துடன் காப்பாள் அன்னை,
ஈரைந்து மாதங்கள் கடந்தால்
தன் மடியில் தாளமிடபோகும்,
தவக்கொழுந்தை எண்ணித்
தவமிருப்பாள் அன்னை.

முதல் மூன்று மாதங்களில்
சோர்வின் உட்சத்தில்
தன்னிலையை இழப்பால் - ஆனால்
தன் பிள்ளையின் உருவம்;
மூலையில் இருந்து முதுகெலும்பு,
மற்றும் கை, கால்கள் வரை
மூன்று அங்குலமாக  துளிர்த்து,
சின்னஞ்சிறு இதயம் துடிப்பதை,
அல்ட்ராசவுண்டில் கண்டு
ஆனந்தம் அடைவாள் அன்னை.

இரெண்டாவது மூன்று மாதங்களில்
அசௌகரியம் சற்றே அகல;
சிசுவின் உறுப்புகள் முழுவளர்ச்சி பெற்று,
செவியுணர்வும், விழுங்கும் திறனும் கொண்டு,
பதினான்கு அங்குலமாய் பரிணாம வளர்ச்சி பெற்று,
வளைந்து நெளிவதை கண்டு,
புத்துணர்வுடன் பூரிப்பால் அன்னை.

இருதி மூன்று மாதங்களில்
இருபத்தியொரு அங்குலமாய் வளர்ந்து,
பூவுலகைக் காண,
உருண்டு புரண்டு உதைக்கும்
சிசுவின் ஆரவாரம் கண்டு
மெய்சிலிர்ப்பாள் அன்னை.
அறிவும், அழகும், ஆரோகியாமும்
நிறைத்த மகவாய் அவதரிக்க
அனுதினமும் ஆண்டவனிடம் வேண்டுவாள் அன்னை.

பிள்ளைபேரில் மறுபிறவி எடுப்பினும்,
பிள்ளை முகம் கண்டவுடன்
பிறவி பயன் பெற்றாட்  போல்
பேரானந்தம் கொள்வாள் அன்னை.

தாய்மை, தாயின் தனிச்சிறப்பு;
இயற்கையின் படைப்பு,
இணையில்லா ஈர்ப்பு!
அகிலத்தில் உள்ள அணைத்து
தாயும் சேயும் நலமுடன் வாழ,
எல்லாம் வல்ல ஈசனை வேண்டுகிறேன்!!

வாழ்க,வளமுடன்! வாழ்க,வையகம்!!

Rags to Riches
Let the journey be righteous

Bring up your children,
With moral values instilled in them.
Lavish spend for the Luxury,
Could confine them to comfort,
Curbing their creativity to the core.

Earning the success;
All the way from the ground-up,
With the toil and trouble,
Putting head, heart and soul,
Into everything they do
Would help them to establish,
Their eternal identity,
In the entrepreneurial quest,
Or in the technological outburst,
Or in the fabulous fashion technology.

Let them indulge into their passion;
To shape-up their future.
Standby to nurture the young minds,
To watch them blossom to the fullest.

Believe it or not;
That’s what is going to leave,
An everlasting impression,
Imprinted in their heart!

Thus earned royalty,
Would teach them to respect,
Both Rags and Riches with equality.

Thorny new troubles

Time and Time again;
Thorny new troubles,
Dawns and dies silently..

Wake-up to view the wonders;
Appreciate the Alchemy behind,
Avoid mourning the melancholy beneath.

Young and old,
Need to be bold,
To deck up the world,
As a better place hold,
The budding generations.

Let your sparkling illusions,
Wade-off Thorny troubles as delusions.

Until it takes a complete U-turn.

To escape from COVID travel-out US ban;
Pre-booked flight by 3 days.
To escape from COVID travel-in India ban;
Pre-booked flight by yet another day.
All that I did is
To avoid 14days airport quarantine on homecoming;
But now life is taking an U-turn,
And so is the flight heading back to NYC,
For a flickering electrical issue!

Who is powerful??
Infor used all of its power,
To put me in next direct flight to India,
but was pulled again back to NYC.

No immediate flight is disgusting,
Pathetic WiFi preventing to inform loved ones is disturbing.
Stranded in mid-way,
In the mercy of an Airway,
And the conneXion to Bengaluru will go away!
Now the sight of my lovely boys seems far-away!

Let me watch-out what’s in store;
Until then relax with a glimpse of Zootopia!

Safe Landing, Quick Immigration,
Seamless flight to Blr and finally back home
Is it a happy ending ?
Or a new beginning ?
Let's wait and watch!

For the safety of society, family & self,
Choose to self-quarantine for 15 days,
Sending family to native,
And waiting to join in 15 days.

PM announcement on 11th day brought in 21 days curfew;
Stepping out of the house for groceries is questionable,
Seeing the family back is a distant dream.

Advice to fellow #WomenInTech

Take a bold step to accomplish your goal:
Think of the worst to come and be prepared,
Rest will fall into place.

Fear not for failure:
The road ahead is not made of rose buds;
You might find obstacles on the way;
But they are to strengthen you further,
So face them with valor.

Build I can do it, attitude:
It's not about being over confident;
But keeping your spirits high at all times!
Don’t let anybody's empathy takeover your "self";
Stand up for yourself!

Continue to be a voracious reader to broaden your perspective,
To be more creative & to have a relaxed mind,
To gain a deeper appreciation of the world &
To enrich your conversational repertoire.
